It's the night before the Final and I did a little number crunching and it doesn't look good. Kinda.
I basically need to get a 70% or better in anatomy to have a realistic chance of passing anatomy. And this is coming from someone who got all 50's in each of the 3 Minis. On the other hand, believe it or not, but my scores this semester were still better than each of my scores last semester and then I ended up getting an 80% on the Final. That was the best grade I got for any subject on any exam the entire semester and I have no explanation for it.
If I get anything less than a 70%, the only way I'll pass is if the Minimum Passing Score for anatomy is absurdly low and I don't see that happening, judging from the MPS's from the individual exams.
In biochem I'm doing slightly better, but still not-so-great. But at least in biochem my grade hasn't been inflated by any practicals. (There aren't any practicals in biochem.) So at least I've gotten grades in the 60's in the past for biochem.
I'm probably more nervous now, more than I've ever been since I got here. The reality is that there is a good chance that this is the end of all of it. This entire semester I've been saying, "I'm currently passing all of my classes." And then there's a good chance that it's all going to sputter out, right at the end. There's a good chance that I might miss either the MPS's for anatomy or biochem by a single percentage point.
There's really nothing left to do now but take the exam.

It's almost a week and we're on our toes for the verdict? How did it all end my friend?
They should be giving out the grades on Monday. Mostly because they're doing grades for the whole school and other semesters had their exams near the end of the week.
But my flight is also on Monday. (Yeah, I'm still on the island.) So it'll be a couple more days until I post anything new.
